The Maria Atwood Inn - Rates & Things

There are seven guest rooms, all with private baths, wireless high speed cable access and telephone modem hook-ups and four have working fireplaces. The Inn is open all year round.

Reservations:	Reservations are recommended in advance. Call (603) 934-3666, fill out our on-line reservation form, or email us at info@atwoodinn.com. Minimum stay two nights and no single room rates during OCTOBER, special holidays and special events.
Rates:	$87.00 single, $127.00 double and $30.00 for each additional adult in same room (plus 8% NH state tax).
Payment:	Deposit, American Express, VISA, Master Card, Discover and personal checks accepted.
Cancellation Policy:	Rooms may be reserved with a valid credit card number and full billing address or a deposit by personal check or money order equal to one nights lodging (or 50% of the total anticipated bill for stays of 3 nights or longer) must be received within 7 days after the reservation is made or the reservation is automatically canceled. Deposits are credited toward the final day of your stay. Deposits will not be refunded because of early departure unless we are able to re-rent your room.The deposit, less a $20 per room handling fee, is refundable only if the reservation is canceled at least 14 days prior to the arrival date. If the reservation is canceled less than 14 days prior to the arrival date, the deposit is forfeited unless we are able to re-rent your room. Full, non-refundable payments are required for various peak periods including (but not limited to) certain NH International Speedway race dates, October Fall foliage period, June Motorcycle Week and holiday weekends.
Restrictions:	Atwood Inn is a smoke free environment. No smoking indoors. We love pets, but for the convenience of other guests we request that your pet not accompany you during your stay at the Inn.
Breakfast:	There is a full bountiful breakfast served each morning. Complimentary snacks, beverages, fruit & cookies are always freely available.
